JON YOUNG

Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist & Founder of Fitsperation

Jon Young is a fitness coach who understands real life — long workdays, stress, family responsibilities, and the challenge of staying consistent. With over 20 years of experience training himself and others, he created Fitsperation to make fitness simple, clear, and actually doable.

 

Jon’s coaching philosophy is straightforward:

Build strength. Build confidence. Build habits that last.

 

He believes muscle is one of the greatest tools you can develop for better movement, better performance, and long-term health. His training style focuses on purposeful reps, consistency, good form, and smart progression — not extreme workouts or unrealistic routines.

 

Jon uses practical, science-based methods to help people lose fat, gain strength, and feel better in their everyday lives. One of his key tools is understanding TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) — a simple way to fuel the body correctly without starving, guessing, or following fad diets.

 

He also believes in balance. Discipline matters, but so does enjoying life. Jon teaches the 80/20 approach… and sometimes the 70/30. Be consistent most of the time, flexible some of the time, and you’ll see real progress without burning out.

 

Jon works with real people — beginners, busy adults, parents, and anyone ready to take control of their fitness. His coaching is supportive, no-nonsense, and tailored to real schedules.
